I am so grateful for the IEMT session with Tracy. For years I have been terrified of flying and after just one IEMT session before flying I noticed my hands were no longer sweating and I actually relaxed during the flight! I thoroughly recommend this treatment if you have anxiety or a phobia. It was a total game changer for me.
A few months back I had watched one of Tracy’s social media posts about child birth and had often wondered if I had experienced trauma as a result of giving birth (22 years ago). I contacted her and booked in for a 121. I was nervous, but Tracy instantly made me feel at ease and I thought oh well see what happens! I wasn’t sure if this was what I needed but within minutes of chatting, I felt no judgement from Tracy, she listened and asked questions. I started feeling emotional and it felt ok to let that out, we did the eye movement and the memories got processed. The days followed and I felt different, my interactions with my son felt different as if I was seeing stuff from a new perspective, I’ve felt a huge shift in my attitude to being a mum, and I respond much healthier to my son when we interact. The nagging thoughts have eased, and I feel less anxious about his life and more time enjoying mine. I highly recommend a session with Tracy; I am so glad I did this for myself, as time goes on, I am still feeling the benefits from just one session.
As a result of my session with you, I’m feeling much more like the person I know. Everything feels elevated now, alive, compared to the muted and dull sensory experience I’ve had these last 3-4 months. Thanks again for helping me find my way back to the surface.
Tracy was recommended to me by a friend when I confided how lost I was feeling. My mother died unexpectedly in 2019 which created some unpleasant family repercussions and then with isolation through Covid, I was really struggling to make sense of my life. My self-esteem, confidence and belief in a brighter future were virtually extinguished. My emotions were all over the place.
In hindsight, I’ve wasted so much on counselling and coaching and in 4 sessions with Tracy I feel back in control of my life. The way I’m responding to certain situations has shifted and I’m enjoying feeling comfortable in my own skin once more. Tracy helped me connect the dots between things I didn’t even know were there. She was so supportive and encouraging but also injected humour into our time together
